Plaint to CM against notorious Chandrashekhar Swami

MANGALORE : A certain Abdul Latif of Moodbidri has filed a complaint with the chief minister against the notorious astrolger of Kilpady near Mulki, Chandrashekhar Swami alleging that the latter was harassing them without paying the amount due to the labourers who did the wood works of the bungalow constructed by the Swami.
The complaint lodged with the CM when he had been to the city recently, said that the Swami owed Rs 23,000 to the labourers and when enquired, his so called disciple one Guru had threatened the labourers.
As per the agreement, the labourers engaged in wood polishing works though had to be given Rs 85,106, only Rs 62,000 was paid to them.
The chief minister is learnt to have assured the complainant that action would be taken against the guiilty however influential he might be.
Though Latif had lodged a complaint in this regard in Mulki station in May last, the accused were summoned to the station and left after due waring. The police personnel had then even directed the complainant to lodge a suit in the court as the case was civil in nature.
