Shetty misbehaves with Tirupathi K’tka Bhavan officer

MANGALORE : It has been reliably learnt of late that the Dakshina Kannada district minister and state minister for Mujrai had misbehaved with an officer of the Karnataka Bhavan in Tirupathi during his visit to the pilgrim shrine some time back. Reports said Shetty during his visit to Tirupathi, had taken part in the inaugural of a hotel constructed at the Karna-taka Bhavan complex during his visit to the Karnataka Bhavan there run by the Karnataka Religious and Endowment Department.
On this occasion, Rai who had summoned a Karnataka Bhavan officer named Kulkarni, on coming to know through the officer that a businessmen who was in-charge of the 800 square feet Karnataka Bhavan, had encroached some land, began fuming with anger and reprimanded and rebuked the officer, much to the embarrassment of the latter.
Reports said the minister was furthermore angry when tthe officer told him that everything was done as per the orders of the Mujrai department.
