Abhaya shares dais with Bangarappa in Moodbidri!

MOODBIDRI : There have been several instances when our elected representatives have made mountains out of molehillz that too when their names are left out in the invitation cards of inaugurals of government programmes or functions. Many a time, in such cases the programmes have either been cancelled or put off when Protocol has been violated. Abhayachandra Jain, the legislator of Moodbidri is one such leader who on several occasions has remained out of many functions for which he was not invited thinking it did not befit his honour to take part in such government functions. But contradictingly, despite being non-invited he had made it to the Moodbidri Billawa Sangha recently, when the state Samajwadi Party Chief S Bangarappa had visited the Sangha. Abhaya’s visit stunned everyone, as none expected him there. The organisers who at once were confused, finally offered him a seat on the dais and gave their due respect to the local legislator. It is being said that Bangarappa’s visit to the Billawa Sangha was purely personal and aimed at discussing matters pertaining to the development of the organisation . Today, it is not known whether Abhayachandra was invited by any one to the function or he came on his own.
This issue pertaining to Abhaya has turned out to be a hot topic of debate in Billawa circles in Moodbidri.
